Advanced Thermal Management (±0.5℃ Accuracy): Specially designed electro-heating tubes compensate for heat loss based on platen dimensions. The maximum temperature deviation across the platen area does not exceed ±0.5C within 60 minutes, ensuring unparalleled molding uniformity.
Dual-Layer Integrated Work Area: An efficient layout featuring an upper electro-heating zone and a lower water-cooling zone. The lower plate integrates a serpentine water-cooling pipe system for rapid cooling and fast, precise sample de-molding.
Heavy-Duty Frame & Premium Metallurgy: Built with high-strength precision guide pillars and heavy-duty structural steel to prevent deformation under high pressure. Platens are crafted from SKD Chromium-Molybdenum alloy, featuring a surface hardness of 60 HRC via deep nitriding, polishing, and hard chrome plating.
Intelligent Dual-Speed Hydraulic System: Driven by a YUKEN pump and a proportional valve control system. It operates in a smart dual-speed mode—high approach speed (≥20mm/s) at low pressure and slow locking speed (≥1.5mm/s) at high pressure—to protect delicate molds and optimize energy consumption.

6. Site & Installation Requirements
Power Requirements: AC380V ±10%, 50/60Hz ±3Hz (3-Phase 5-Wire, customer provided connection).
Cooling Water Supply: 0.2-0.4 MPa pressure. Industrial softened water is highly recommended to prolong machine life (tower water or tap water applicable).
Pneumatic / Air Supply: Air pressure requirements: 0.4-0.6 MPa.
Operating Environment: Ambient temperature ≤40℃, relative humidity ≤90% RH. Place on a flat, load-bearing floor free of conductive dust, severe vibrations, or direct sunlight.
Unloading Notice: Machine weight is approx. 1750 KG. The buyer must prepare a forklift or heavy-duty hoisting apparatus for safe unloading upon delivery.
